Please take a moment to review your reservation information for accuracy of your desired arrival and departure dates, number in your party, type of lodging, and pricing. Check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 11 AM, and our quiet hours start at 10 PM in respect for all of our guests. When you check out please bring your keycard to the convenient store and drop it in the black dropbox next to the front door.
Deposit: Reservation deposit is the first night stay of your reservation or if you are staying one evening, the full reservation. The deposit can be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the arrival date, if cancellation is made 14 days within arrival date the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. The balance of your reservation will be processed on the date of arrival.
Worry-Free Bookings require 100% payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation policy: Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival before 6:00PM MST of the day of check in for no charge. Cancellations between 2 weeks and 1 week before 6:00PM MST of the date of check in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations less than 1 week prior of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. (including no-shows)
We will try to accommodate any changes when possible, please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference.
Please note that we are located 18 miles NW from the town of West Yellowstone, approximately 20 minutes. Check-in is at our convenience store, located at the same property address, it is open May through October from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is the gray building with red trim and a gas pump in front of the store. There is a lighted sign that says "Terra Nova Cabins" and "Lakeview Market" along the highway in front of the store. Winter season you will still go to the convenience store to check in, an envelope will be taped to the window with your name; in it will be a map to your cabin and instructions.
Late arrivals; if you arrive after the store is closed or Winter season there will be an envelope with your name taped to the front glass window of the store - under the "late arrivals" sign. It will contain a map to your cabin and your keycard. If you have any questions upon arrival, contact names and numbers are listed on the “late arrivals” sign.
When you reach your cabin exterior and interior lights will be left on. The password for free WIFI access is located on your nightstand. Note that we are rural and WIFI can be unstable.
